By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the fwjili platform (available at fwjili.vip and any associated subdomains or mobile applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the fwjili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fwjili platform. Continued use of any part of the platform — including browsing game descriptions without placing a wager — constitutes unconditional acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and fwjili with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. No oral representations made by fwjili support agents modify or override these Terms unless such modifications are reflected in a written amendment signed by an authorised representative of fwjili and published on this page.

Use of the fwjili platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their account tenure:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fwjili enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing fwjili as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of fwjili or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension currently in effect on your fwjili account.
• You have not previously had a fwjili account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

fwjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage — at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any time during the account lifecycle — without providing advance notice. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi or international authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the matter is resolved.

To access real-money wagering on fwjili, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — is truthful and accurate.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fwjili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. As part of this programme, fwjili may request the following documents at any point during the account lifecycle:

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fwjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. fwjili strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify fwjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. fwjili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

fwjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. fwjili does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fwjili accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• fwjili does not extend credit to players. All wagering must be conducted using funds already credited to your fwjili account balance.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard identity verification requirements.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified payment method on file.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during operational hours. USDT withdrawals are credited after one on-chain confirmation. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals follow standard card network timelines of one to three business days.
• fwjili processes withdrawal queues multiple times daily, including on Bangladesh public holidays such as Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March).
• fwjili reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where a transaction triggers internal fraud or anti-money-laundering review protocols. Players will be notified promptly if their withdrawal is subject to an enhanced review period.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to fwjili is a breach of these Terms. fwjili will contest all chargebacks. Any account associated with a chargeback attempt will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings accrued since the disputed deposit was made may be voided.

fwjili offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full using real-money stakes.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each active promotion will be stated in the promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered through the required number of times within the stated validity period will be removed from your account balance automatically on expiry, along with any winnings derived exclusively from those bonus funds.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted stake per single bet or spin using bonus funds is ৳500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Welcome Bonus: The fwjili welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously registered and deposited are not eligible. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus offer unless explicitly stated.

As a condition of using the fwjili platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, creating accounts on behalf of third parties, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.

fwjili employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, fwjili may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void pending bets; withhold or forfeit account balances; report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

All content on the fwjili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, colour schemes, typography, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of fwjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fwjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any fwjili content; access the platform using automated scraping or crawling tools; or use the fwjili brand name or logo in any commercial context without prior written consent.

Game content on the fwjili platform is supplied under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. fwjili claims no ownership over third-party game assets.

fwjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or use of prohibited software.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools or by written request to [email protected].
• An instruction received from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• A business decision by fwjili to discontinue services in a particular market or to a particular class of customer.

Where an account is closed by fwjili for reasons other than a player-initiated breach, any verified real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

fwjili's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fwjili account in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fwjili does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, and network interruptions may occasionally affect platform availability. fwjili will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance and to restore service promptly following any unplanned outage.

Gambling is an activity that involves risk of financial loss. By using the fwjili platform, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with gambling and that fwjili is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of wagering on the platform.

fwjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, fwjili will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered account holders via the email address or contact details on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the fwjili platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting improvements, or clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations — may be made without specific notice and will take immediate effect upon publication.

All previous versions of these Terms are superseded upon publication of a new version. fwjili does not maintain publicly accessible archives of prior versions, but copies may be requested by contacting the support team.
